• Analytics data: General usage and performance metrics to improve user experience.

How We Use the Information

We use the information collected only to provide accurate grading results, maintain secure authentication, and improve TCGrader’s AI performance. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payments

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. TCGrader does not collect or store any credit card or payment information.

Data Security

All information is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS). Card images and grading data are stored securely and may be deleted upon user request.

Data Retention and Deletion

Users may request deletion of their card images, grading reports, or TCGrader ID records at any time by emailing support@tcgrader.app.
